What to expect:
Practical, 2-day accreditation training focused on a comprehensive explanation of Facet5 usage.
We offer a detailed explanation of the psychological aspects of personality, factors and subfactors that influence its formation, as well as information on the history of Facet5 and how it was designed with business in mind.
We will teach you how to use applications, that you will leverage in daily practice in development and leadership of your employees.

- Detailed explanation of factors and subfactors
- Combinations of individual factors and their importance in interpreting the personal profile
- Reliability and validity of Facet5 in comparison to other tools
- Practical session on giving feedback, debrief

After the Accreditation Workshop you will:

- Be able to interpret the 5 key factors of personality correctly
- Be able to expertly debrief on the findings and answer the key questions that your client might have
